Weekend and Over time Surcharges

All charges are based on work carried out Monday – Friday between the hours of 0800 – 1700 hours Work outside these hours must be pre-advised and maybe subject to a surcharge +50% unless prebooked and quoted.

There is a minimum charge of £76.00. All prices are subject to vat for UK companies, no VAT for European companies. After acceptance of your quotation, a proforma invoice will be sent out, of which will require immediate payment, prior to the show.
Think Expo Logistics cannot be held responsible for goods that are left unattended onsite at any time.

Transportation quotations includes (CMR) insurance & not include insurance for the value, so please mention if required. Think Expo Logistics Ltd cannot be held liable for badly packaged cargo, so please ensure all goods are packed adequately. Additional insurance can be provided on request at an additional cost.
