Form Purpose

Use this form to order visitor badge scanners

For each scanner rental, you will receive a mobile phone pre-loaded with the necessary application. The app allows you to scan attendees’ badges and access their information. You can also add notes to each scanned badge to help you remember key details from your interactions.

The app functions both online and offline, ensuring flexibility in all environments. Additionally, the lead person will have access to a web-based admin portal where they can download scanned data at any time. You can also email the scanned data directly to the lead person whenever needed.
